ValueRisePro provides online education, mentorship, and certification in value-driven and ethical leadership. Services include access to digital courses, interactive exercises, and mentor feedback.
Our courses are available to individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate and current.
All fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Applicable taxes may vary by region.
All course materials, text, videos, and graphics are owned by ValueRisePro or its licensors. Users are granted a non-transferable license for personal educational use. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Participants must maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions. Disruptive behavior, offensive language, or attempts to misuse content may result in account termination without refund.
All communications and shared materials within the learning environment are confidential. We protect participant information according to our Privacy Policy and will not disclose it without consent unless required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@valuerisepro.com. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are granted for unused full months within 15 business days of request. Completed courses and certificates are non-refundable.
Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time without penalties or additional fees.
ValueRisePro shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid during the three months prior to any claim.
All content is intended for educational purposes. We make no guarantees of specific business or personal outcomes. Results depend on individual engagement and practical application.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Ontario’s jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms to reflect legal changes or service updates. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
